30-Day Refund Period: Unless you have a separate agreement with Pectolite, LLC, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by Pectolite, LLC within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. The refund is for the purchase price paid only. Shipping is not included in the refund. After the 30-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to inspect the product in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets quality standards.

Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees. Any products returned to Pectolite, LLC without prior authorization from Pectolite, LLC will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and Pectolite, LLC will not ship the product back to you.

All approved returns must be received by Pectolite, LLC within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.
