We strive to safely package all shipments, but occasionally, damage does occur. For products damaged during shipping, please be sure to take pictures of the packaging and the product. Email the images to [email protected]. All packages are shipped with insurance and you will be refunded for damaged items and shipping.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, it is not possible to return items that are no longer sealed. The majority of our clientele has mild to severe allergies. Because of this, we ensure that all our ingredients are listed on the website. You are deeply encouraged to know your allergies and your needs, before making a purchase. 30-Day Refund Period: Unless you have a separate agreement with Pectolite, LLC, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by Pectolite, LLC within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. The refund is for the purchase price paid only. Shipping is not included in the refund. After the 30-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to inspect the product in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets quality standards.
Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees. Any products returned to Pectolite, LLC without prior authorization from Pectolite, LLC will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and Pectolite, LLC will not ship the product back to you.
All approved returns must be received by Pectolite, LLC within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
